Deposit is due immediately upon receipt of invoice to secure the date and allow for optimum travel arrangements. The date above will be considered open until the agreement and deposit are received.

Written description about Nicole Casanova or Casanova Ventures:  Any description or biographical information to be used for the promotion of Nicole Casanova or Casanova Ventures, including but not limited to, event or program agendas, brochures, pre-program marketing materials or websites must be submitted for approval to Nicole for verification of accuracy prior to printing or uploading.

Slides: If Nicole is projecting slides from her computer the plug-in needs to be compatible to a MacBook Air with a mini DVI adapter.  You may be required to provide a mini to standard DVI adapter depending on your set up.  Please confirm technology setup no later than 7 days prior to speaking date.

Audio, Video recording(s) and/or Photographs of the presentation in part or in whole for archival purposes by client for private use or other distribution is part of this agreement.A master copy of the video, audio and/or photographs will be provided to nicole@casanovaventures.com within 7 days after the event or as soon as commercially available.
