We want to give women executives a way to shift the game. I believe that if we have access to resources, money and... information, we'll make the biggest of big things happen.
I want to create a page on my Casanova Ventures site that allows women execs to anonymously post the things they asked for and what they got. Because... if we knew where to start negotiating from, we could ask for more. My belief is not that we don't ask for enough or negotiate well, I think we also don't know what's possible. if we could see what other women where able to close, the deals they made, the terms they asked for and received... we'd know what was possible and could set our bars even higher.
