My place in Boulder, CO is open from September 11th potentially through mid-December.

Who wants the sanctuary? Needs a little retreat?

Ideally, this person is flexible as I may come back to the states. The likelihood is I stay here through December or if I come home to Boulder it may be for short week or so in Oct. before I go out to LA and Miami. 

I want someone to enjoy my beautiful sanctuary. It's perfect for entrepreneurs, or people in transformation, creatives... I would love it if they were conscious and looking for a place to gather and nurture themselves. It is literally above a creek and on Pearl St. downtown in walking distance to at least 20 restaurants with Flatiron views. 

If you know anyone that's looking, please let me know and I'll chat with them to see if they are Perch worthy:) and give them the 411.

• 1 bedroom, 1 bath plus a loft with a sleeper sofa. 880 SQFT and probably best suited for 1 or a couple. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Building rule.

• I have a bi-monthly housekeeper for $150 whom I'd like to keep employed

• Hi-Speed internet from Xfinity

• Electric, Water, Heat and all the other stuff included

• Wood fireplace

• Bath and Shower

• Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher

• New aircon/heat

• Fully equipped kitchen with all the goods and spices etc. that a cook would want including an Instapot, Ninja Blender, French press, grinder, and foamer, toaster oven etc.

• Samsung SmartTV with Netflix, Amazon etc.

• https://www.scratchkitchen.com/ is downstairs and Pearl street has tons of restaurants like River and Woods, Pizzeria Locale, or Frasca and shops in walking distance

• Covered rock star parking spot directly in front of the elevator

• Miles of bike paths and hiking trails are accessible from The Perch

$2100 per month for all of the above.

If you want it for less, like a week, it's $150 a night which covers cleaning. To be clear, this is not an Airbnb. It's my home that I left to reside across the globe. Yet if someone is in town for a short stint and wants to land here, I may say yes. Let's discuss.

Just looked and there's a 600sq ft version below me that's discounted to $230/night on Airbnb. With fees and cleaning it's $2300 a week. Finding anything under $200 a night within Boulder depending on the calendar of events in town is a challenge.

Again, if you or someone you know wants to experience Boulder like a local in the perfect spot, this is it.

That said, I want ease and grace and the right person who can be flexible. I will make it easy for the right vibration to be here.
